Mine melted also. Looks to be usable still. This is trail and error. You can only get better from here. And will report after I head out to try.
If you ever need a place to manufacture, there is a little place up the road that will be the idea spot.

I received mine in the mail and they did not melt. Can't wait to try them.
Got my sample a few dfays ago. Will be trying it out as soon as possible. I could still make out the little circles in most of it. Some parts looked more like a piece of slick candy. However I am eager to try it out.
FISH ON
Can't wait to try mine. Here is what I got and what it looks like NOT melted.
USAF Retired and fishing!

I got my sample a couple a days age, melted.......but I used them anyway. My sample didn't work as advertised.....I couldn't find the crappies. We fish some unfamiliar water yesterday and tried the melted Gewbers. Things went down hill from the start. We never did find the Crappie......however, we did come home with quite a fish story. I was fishing with my ultra light crappie rig with 4 pound line and two jigs, one above the other about 12 inches apart. Also trying out the Gewbers. After a couple of hours fish without much luck I finally had a strong bit....kind of like a bass. The fight was on.......eventually brought it to net. Unbelievable, I had a 3 pound Largemouth bass on a crappie jig. So what you say.....happens often. But wait...there is a 2 1/2 Channel cat on the other jig. That was a first in 50 years of crappie fishing. Did the Gewbers cause that?? Additional testing is required.

Now we have another slogan, " If your gewbers don't catch twice as many crappie, no worries, they will catch twice as many something!!" And they will be twice as big, those fish would have only weighed 1.5 and 1.25 lbs without gewbers.(secret ingredient is bud lite)
Just remember they were named gewbers, as they were made in Ed's image.
By the way, I don't have none to try.
I hope it works as good as what was it called Slab sauce, I used to soak pieces of a pink o'cello sponge in it. would soak sponge pieces over nite then put on a small black marabou(?) hair jig I bought from Skip (this site)The grand kids caught a ton of gills with that bait,it really held up too.
As soon as the gewber stuff is available I hope we can buy some, now that my back is better I am starting to fish again and @74+ years gosh I should fit right in as a Gewber and if its anything like the sauce then I need some.
I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.....
