Rich I would love to. Can you supply a list of American companies that have their product made by Americans with American materials? It should be a fairly short list. The problem is that most American companies outsource and sell Chinese product at many times the price we can get the same product for. Why support an American company that doesnt support the American workforce? Those CEO's already have enough money.

In all seriousness, given the chance to stimulate our economy I will, particularly small business.

Ive had the cheap ones like this before off Ebay, and they had paint and consistancy issues with action. I do buy them for my nephews when they want something. Also the plastic was think and seemed like it could break easily.

You haven't had the ones in the link. Those are top notch. I've not had a single one yet that didn't run true right out of the box. Hung a big blue cat on one a couple of weeks ago and he didn't so much as scratch the paint.

The final result. If you have $11 and an extremely talented and generous friend this is what you end up with.

Word of warning to anybody buying them, be sure to either replace the hooks or be prepared to spend a good bit of time sharpening them. I have lost several fish trolling the cranks when the fish threw the bait at the boat. I rarely have that happen with Bandits or baits I have replaced the hooks on.
