    Ok so I just modified my net and ate supper here are the pics

Size:  49.9 KBOk there you go folks, I pulled the spring button out of the fiberglass pole , measured from the glass pole drilled hole in frog gig pole , slid the spring button in . Put on hoop and net good to go. Well I got to put a noodle on so she floats but all in all 10 minute job

    Actually the pole was on the net I bought, not a separate item. It is a light weight aluminum with and exension tube inside.
    The handle is integral to the net, so you could not use it for anything else.

    Sweet well now I have a 5 footer or a 6- 12 footer when it's extended. Pulling cranks or spider rigging I'm covered

    i have to say ego, your jigs dont seem to get hung in them after catching a fish
