    Have you considered buying the i-pilot? It has a pretty easy left/right on/off on the front of the pedal. It operates a lot like a cable driven when operated normally, and having the remote is the cat's meow as far as I am concerned. Just my two cents.

    Nothing beats a Ranger. Super nice rig know you will enjoy.

    Had to cut some foam out and a little into my front box. Was tough to make that first cut for sure. The tray actually came from an individual that makes them. Could send you more pics if you like.

    Thanks to everyone for all the info and suggestions! It is still really cold here but got up to the garage today to check things out. I can't put a tray in. The way the Lund is laid out there is no room to get a tray in. Will work with this trolling motor until it gives up. At 70 it may out last me!!
