I agree with crappie4me2 about the people on c.com. Great, great group!! The guys on here didn't know me from Adam, but took time to gather up donated tying materials and spend their money to ship them to me here in Afghanistan. I am very greatful for it and will never forget! I hope that at some point and time I can return the favor to these guys or just pass it on to someone else. God Bless!! Sarge

Thank you guys, I really appreciate all the kind comments! This was my favortie unit on the front of my boat and had to think about taking it off for a long time so I could add down imaging to the front. Even after I got the Humminbird unit for the front I still was fighting with my self about if I really wanted to change it out. This mostly because I was so use to it and it always showed me the crappie in spring which told me what depth of water I should stay in for at least that day and usually stay like that for weeks if not a couple months. The 27c is a fine unit that should do him well!

When I first decided to do this I spoke with Slab when he was here for the Toledo Bend Gathering over on the Louisiana side and he told me that he had a good candidate already so then it was set up. I am happy this could go to a good young man (Ricky) wanting to get more into crappie fishing. I still had the box it came in as well as the book. Now it just time for Ricky to enjoy it!
