    Thanks Jack, sure enjoyed having my line stretched. Plus not long ago I was at Bass Pro in Bossier and they had a nice fly rod on sale so I got an 8wt 9' fly rod and put a spinning reel on it and that is what I was using last weekend. Let me tell you braid and a 9' fly rod was quite a battle every fish. Was a lot of fun!

    Nice job Skip! These posts do get a guy fired up. This Illinois weather is about to dump another 8-10" of snow on us this weekend. We won't see open water till the middle or later of March! Can't remember the last time we had this kind of weather!
