Like this but, one box half jig heads, half hair jigs, and one box plastics. We don't need as many colors in south Louisiana as you need in the clearer fresh water further north.

Stuff l use often and buy by the hundred I just dump a handful at a time in the pouches. They are easier to get your hands on that way(plus the whole pack wouldn't fit anyway). Other stuff goes in in the original pouch, might be several different colors and don't want them to bleed. Both sides of the binders have zipper compartments, hand ties go in there.
You just gonna sit there an argue, or fish?

Do your hand ties maintain their form, specifically straight tails/ holo strips neat?
Most men spend their entire life fishing, without realizing its not the fish they are after!

As long as I don't just stuff 'em in there.

I use a plastic box for the most popular bodies that I use and keep the bulk of them in the original package in a tackle box. I have found that the ones in the clear box get faded out from sitting on the deck while I am fishing so I have spray painted the inside of the lid black to keep the UV rays of them now.

Organized? LOL. Seriously, I tend to store mine by style. Jig heads in one Plano, BGs in another, tubes in another and hand ties yet in another.

Well you know I mean before you get to the water and it looks like a tornado came crashing down on your tackle box. Mine never looks organized after a day of fishing!!
