I repeat. Get the smartphone app.

Maybe I used an early version of the app, but it was slow, and locked up often. The view was seconds old. I was turned off of it real quick.

how else can you view what it is videoing other than the bac pac which requires you to look at the back of the camera? I set mine up away from my location and can look at my phone to see what is in the shot. nio need to walk over and look at the back of the camera. also all the settings are larger than in the camera. easier to read with old eyes. Battery lasts longer that wifi . I love the app.
