That was nice CP. The school my grand kids go to sponsored a Veteran's Day Memorial this morning. They bussed all of the schools 400 plus kid over to the civic center to put it on. I was in tears pretty much the entire program but when this little skinny blond girl about 12 years old sang God Bless America the hair stood up on my neck and there was no holding back the tears, and I wasn't alone. It was great to see our Vets come up one at the time to state there name and where they served. It was a moving moment. Then a spokeswoman came up and read off the names of the Vets that were unable to come up on stage but were in attendance in the audience. Each one with help stood and saluted, most of them were in there nineties. She then read the names of the ones that couldn't attend and that brought everyone to there feet. This really touched me deeply and I so glad I was able to attend.
