How did you keep from drilling into the power cable at that drill point?

I soldered and reheatshrinked each wire minus the bare wire then rewrapped them in the foil shielding then heatshrunk the entire bundle.
Sorry it took so long.
I just ran it out the bottom of the motors head through an existing hole and taped it to the coil it works great and I'd drill it again!
You might think about getting some of this for wrapping the cable to the coil...(it doesn't get sticky messy in hot sun)...

That's a great idea. I just ordered a I pilot and I was searching for ways to run transducer on shaft. I was wondering if that was possible or not. You answered my question. Thanks
