Question on Sun Glasses

I switched from Ray Ban to Costa back in '79 and have bought three other pairs since then. I do a lot of fishing, including off shore and you just can't beat them.

look at costa del mar, they have frames sized for large and extra large noggins. and this is just a suggestion but go with the copper 580G lenses. copper is for sight fishing and allows great view of whats below the surface and the glass lenses are the clearest on the market and don't scratch like plastic. Have had my costa's for a few years now and they are the best I have ever had. I can see the stumps under water so much better than before. Just great sun glasses!

So I noticed that they have a rubberized molded piece that sits on your ears, does that last very long or do they wear out over a period of time?what about the nose piece?
Just asking before I drop the money, it is getting close to Fathers day and want to get all my questions answered.

Okay I'm sold on the costa 580 green if I could get them in prescription. Regular lenses wouldn't be worth much. Is it possible to get them iin prescription?

Not sure Fin, but I would call them to see because if they do it would be worth it! They are just awesome! I didn't get green, but they should be really good. Mine are good for low light as well, but awesome on the water.

I have costas and have no complaints, much better than the oakleys they replaced.

The rubber pieces will wear a little. When it gets ugly, send em back and they will fix them. I love mine, actually own a few pair. I would buy them again tomorrow if something happened to mine. 580 glass for sure!
