The only way I knew of fishing for crappie was with a minner and bobber then my brother introduced me to tube jigs and jiggen for them critters. Then as I started walking the banks here in shelbyville illinois that I learned about tube jigs under bobbers and thought wow is any other way to catch cappie. Finnally crappie dot com came into my life and I learned that there is so much about fishing I don't know and still dont. Still learning and getting better but far from being an expert. The most important thing I have learned is that the people on here are some of the friendliest folk I have ever had the chance to meet. So thanks to you all.

The things I have learned on this sight could be stacked like cord wood, there was that much good info given on his sight. The biggest area would have to be in the jig tying areas. Many thanks !!!!! STEVE

I had some basics when I came here but couldn't connect all the time. Blank days were common. After picking peoples brains, those close to me mostly, they said" we can talk about this forever, so meet me at the ramp with your favorite rods Saturday morning at 6 and I'll show you." And so it has progressed from the time I joined. I add a new item to my "bag of tricks" all the time from folks here or in the club. Bassbull said he could stack the things he's learned here like cordwood. How very true. My family that I've never met, mostly, I thank you everyone.
