That lake must not have a size limit.
Those are the smallest inches I've ever seen! Good one!
Currently a non-fishing slacker! (not for too much longer)

Something fishy. That could be an 8 inch fish if the ruler is in centimeters. Cane Pole, you got to give us the weight and another photo with you holding that "big'un", haha.
I keep looking at this picture. Judging by the girth around the tail section, and the overall girth, it looks legit. However, you can never tell with this guy, he's always pranking somebody. If it's really 20+ inches, then it has to be pushing the 5lb mark. That would go on my wall no questions asked.

yea after looking at the tape i think he's pulling a good one on us ,
The tape is a twopiece folding stick, the only problem i could see a 36" stick folded in half would be 18", but this tape has 19" as the halfway mark, this means it is a 38" yardstick, very unlikely they make a 38" one.
If you flip it over I bet it says "Your Fish" and it would only be 12" long.
Haha.
Article in this mornings KC Star from MDC. The old white stick on rulers have been shrinking and may not be giving true measurment of your fish. They suggest picking new yellow ones up at local offices and using them as they are not supposed to shrink. :D
Nice fish there, longest crappie I've ever seen. I smell somthing fishy here Hmmmm.....
