I have a Minn Kota 70 lb Maxxum on a 16'x48'' heavy Aluma Weld with 70 hp that will pull my boat 3.5 mph. Of Course that's 24 volt motor too, but boat is heavy as I run 3 big batteries too.

I have a Minn Kota 70lb PowerDrive V2, 24V I-pilot and i run it on a War Eagle 754 LDBR with 50hp Yamaha 4 stroke and it will run the boat between 3.5-4.0 on calm water.

I have a 17.5 g3 and a 55 pound v2 and it will pull it about 2.5 for a little while. It takes 50 amps to do so and will suck the power.

My glass boat might do 4 with the 101 on it with the 200 down, might do little over 4 with it raised up. Lot of drag to a glass boat but they sure sit in the water good on windy days.
