I have thought about buying a GPS but I would rather just use a device I have instead of buying anther gadget. Plus I can mark spots on a GPS but I can not put in things like type of fish, bait, conditions etc.
Looks like I might have to go with navtronics.
Thanks for the help

I have Navionics and it is helpful for marking spots but the coordinates are in time format and cant be changed to decimal degrees, which is what most lake maps have for marking brush piles. Maybe someone who is more computer savvy can set me straight on this.

iFishEarth is a cool app. It has lots of fishing reports and tide info from all over and is very user friendly. It features a map based interface to log your own reports and trips as well. It's free to download for both the iPhone and iPad.
