now thats a pile,
Lewisville today (Friday), fished with Pete and we had a great day. 56 keepers today, kept about 45. Lots of small fish as well.
Thrill of the day came around 10:am, I set the hook on a lite bite and 30 Min later landed a 25# blue catfish.
Most fish came 10' deep on brush using Slab bandits, (Blue Bayou) Wind kept us off the best spots but we did OK.
Good fishing.
now thats a pile,
CRAPPIE fishing is not a sport, its a way of life!
Nice catch, like that kind of piles.
Did that today but i didn't feel like cleaning that many so i threw back 25 and kept a dozen.
Great job! Paty its been awhile
Great job indeed! Congrats!
Got out for about 2 1/2 hrs. this morning. Started out with 24 degree air temps! Our first hard freeze of the winter season. Froze my toes and thank goodness for hand warmers. Managed about 2 doz. small crappie - nothing like what you got. Also caught 6 or 7 small LM's and one fat yellow perch. All on BG Baby Shads. Nice to be out.

That's better than OK.
Good Job!
Some good looking fillets. You don't mind cleaning them when they look this good. Congrats!
Nice catch!
