Fast enough they are still gasping for water when the filets are in ice bath.

i have no idea how long it takes to fillet a fish. Might go faster Iffin I wasn't drinking a beer at the same time. For me, fishing is about relaxing.

Who cares how fast you can do it...It is more important to have excellent hygiene and get as much meat as possible.

that guy should be arrested for wanton waste. he may think he is cool but he is in reality a moron.
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.

OH WAIT, let's see who can sew up massive cuts to hands the fastest when the fastest fish cleaner becomes the fastest blood donor.

I take my time, get the most meat off each fish I can and could care less how fast I am. I also still have all my fingers.

This is great, I gave it a LIKE and a repost. I believe you do clean fish better than most, especially being a taxidermist. Myself, I'm fast enough, I don't care honestly cause I was taught to not play with my food. I can't watch some butchers clean their fish, it's ...... I'm one who knows that fingers worth under the ribcage when done right is about 1/3 of the total fillet. It's the bacon baby, meat candy, the best part of the fillet, right along with the zippers. Now for those of you asking, what are those? Zippers are fin muscles, the stringy treats the cook gets while cooking
