    Go to the dam and fish around the drain spout . Water there hold be the deepest and the coolest. gillchaser

    Slow is best and try crappie nibblers to help with the crappie bite. I like the berkley silver flakes. Lake Fork has some blue shad that pond crappie seem to love around were I live here in MO. Hope this helps post a report.
