Google Cajun Anchor. And Stick It Anchor pins. I made a homemade cajun anchor and it is working well.

I use the Stick-it Anchor for everything from river fishing to lake/pond to saltwater. Highly recommended.

I could text one to someone if I could find someone willin to post it basically it's a 5 and a half ft stock of fiberglass pole I had layin around and I took a 3/4 in piece of PVC aprox five in long drilled a hole and pounded it on makin a tee handle effect the piece of fiberglass I had already had a metal fitting on one end so it wont splinter wen I pound it in the ground then took a truck bed tie down the I bolt lookin ones and bolted it to my trolley motor mount (transom style mount yes im redneck I have a hand contained motor I can control with my foot and it's mounted on front but that's a whole diff post lol ) anyway I just stick the pole thru the eyelit and into the ground it's more of a digin style since I don't tie off to it I stick it thru eyelit I hope it works like I want

how about conduit. not sure if that is spelled right, the stuff used for running wires in buildings and shops. comes in any length. and if you use a big enough piec it could double as a rod holder. just a little red-neck ingenuity.
