    I like the 12 in. size filleted especially if we freeze them, My wife likes the scaled and fried whole if fresh and not frozen.

    I don't discriminate on any that are legal, they're all good! Length limit here in Texas is 10", I don't keep em unless they are 10 1/2" just in case the GW's stick and mine differ, I've been told it's $100 per fish for shorties!
