Thanks for the comments guys, the ram mount was purchased at bass pro a couple years ago, but the stand below it is new. Wanted to get the screen higher so it's easier to track bottom when spider rigging. My lakes contour can change rapidly and if you're not on top of it, you'll be hung in the rocks or brush. I just wish I'd made these changes a couple years ago, but it takes awhile to figure out what you want or need. The pictures of yalls boats has helped me figure it all out. Who knows what may change later, I'm still eye balling those hi-tek rod holders. I just finished working on the ones I have, took the ground lugs and ground them out with a rotary file so they would fit the pipe better, was having trouble with them twisting on the bar under heavy fish or snags. You'll notice I also ran one set of bolts backwards so I could get a nut and washer on them to get them tighter.

Great ideas, I may steal a few. Thought I would share how I made a frame for my Tracker to keep snow, ice and water from pooling on my cover. Had snow rip my last cover so I rigged this up to create a steep slope so it runs off now. The PVC was sized to fit over the pedestal stands. I just place the seats on the floor, put the PVC frame in place and pull the cover over it and strap down. Hope some can use this.
