    ya. thats it. i just called minn kota and they emailed me a copy of the manual. i got the 80 lb thrust it says use a 60amp breaker. what gauge wire should i use? you guys are giving excellent advice. i cant thank you enough

    That aint a hole for a transducer. That is ths builtin tra.sducer

    Yes I believe that is for a up front sonar unit. It most likely has the built in transducer.

    i just put a V2 70lb/24v I-pilot on my boat.....maybe a little off subject but the min-kota quick release mount is a good product, I put mine on one and like the ability to take it off and on easily, for ref heres the one Im talking about Minn KotaŽ Composite Quick-Release Trolling Motor Mounting Brackets | Bass Pro Shops didnt look and see if it fits what you have but Im guessing it either does or they make one.....any how sorry for the off subject just a heads up
