been working on it for a year hope to have it on water by this February its got a 65 hp mercury

Big d, a piece of 1/2" plexiglas will make a dandy leg for the console, and silicone and screw a piece of light Alum to the floor to anchor it and you're done. Worked very well for me.

Here's mine - it's a 19' Carolina Skiff. In this pic, I've got my planer-board masts in place before going trolling tor Lake Ontario browns.
