I used the Happy Troller before I started selling the Troll a Matic. I broke two of them because I forgot to lift it up when I took off. It was MY fault they broke. After pulling cranks for several hours on the toon in the heat, all I wanted to do was leave for the AC. I just needed a product I could forget about without a trip to the welding shop. The Troll a Matic gave me a cure for my sometimers.
We only sell the Best. Ranger, Xpress, Yamaha, Suzuki, Tohatsu.

The troll a Matic is the only way to go unless ya add on a kicker motor.

The Troll-A-Matic uses heavy springs to stay in the down position, and acts like a hydrofoil when you take off with it in forward. It's made out of a composite material and works like a champ. We use them on our toon, and our Crankin boats.

PS. They are less money than the aluminum rope release type.

PSS. It will knock your in gear idle speed down to 1.3-1.6 approx.

The trolling plates are nice and will do the job. I bought a kicker motor also and that's why I'm selling the plate. You will be happy you got you one for trolling.Thumbs Up
