    Received my replacement EGO net today. Delivered via UPS. They followed through with everything that they said they would do. IMPRESSED! They stand behind their product! I'll buy more.
    If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.:rolleyes:

    Great service. Sure sounds like a lemon design though... Way too many with problems for me.

    I too had a problem with my rubber net from them and they replaced it at no cost to me, but i really have to agree with black widow on this net's design. Way too many are breaking down quickly. And with the mesh model, every hook i've used has gotten caught in it causing me to lose fishing time figuring out how to get it loose. The extension handle is great but the bags leave a lot to be desired. Hope they find a way to remedy that.
