look for dips in the land follow the banks, points that have long reach into the water, if clear water this is easy done, not so much in stained water,,,, usually the bank is a good repesent of the underwater close by... fallen trees tops in the water,,, other boats trying to hide, bluffs,and chunk rock sticking out of the water,,,,, but I study the map be for I go,
