Bought a submersible green light from BPS this past weekend for $18, hope to try it out under water this weekend. Pretty bright just messing with it in the shed, only pull 1/2 amp per the packaging.
    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

I have never fully understood the sizes/brightness of these lights. Would the 306 LED or 408 LED green lights be bright enough to use beside a boat for a couple guys to crappie fish around? Thanks.

    Answer
Yes either/or the 306 or 408 would work great. Even the 100 will work. In the testimonials most were based on the 100's before the introduction of the larger series. The reason for the larger sizes was customer demands. Like buying a car.........some customers wanted the bigger engines, yet all cars have 4 wheels.

If you are fishing in murky waters would go with the larger LED's to pentrate the dark side.
