I bought the Mister Twister elec knife. You can buy extra blades just about everywhere. They're pretty good and seem to last awhile this is the second one I've had in 2 yrs but I do use it ALOT lol. The one I had before lasted about 5yrs. I must say it was put through some fish. I think they sell for $26 or so.

Welcome to the Forum, Surflizard. I've been using the old Black and Decker knives for years. I've still got two new ones. When they wear out, I'll go to the Mr. Twister Piranha.
