    I still think the majority will spawn,,just give it time,,especially now that its getting hot. and warming the lower parts of the lakes up,,surface temp is not always the go by..5 ft down,,temp can drop really fast.

    I think alot of them will still spawn in deeper water where the water temp is cooler but still in spawning range once it heats up. We have seen that in Alabama. Two years ago we were catching fish that seemed to be spawing in 18' of water. This year, they are being caught the same way in about 14' of water. This fish are right on bottom next to structure. I am assuming they are there to spawn. These are pretty much all white crappie.
