I am a big fan of "Trout Magnets". I use alot of 2lb test line and they are made for light line. "Trout Magnets" have a new facebook page that I stumbled on. I like to hear other stories of trout magnet fisherman. I catch mostly gills, crappie and trout on them.

I always have a hard time getting the trout magnetized.
Good things come to those who bait.

I've found its best to dry the trout well with paper towels. When their dry wrap with copper wire and hook em to one of those lantern batteries for a few minutes.
I'm having an "out of money" experience.

i've been using the trout and crappie magnets for about 3 years now, usually fish with them double rigged in the summer when it's hot, tm's on one pole and the cm's on the other to see which size they prefer on that day.

I looked at their website. What is the difference between crappie magnets and other jigs? Please explain.
