    Check out Cumberland Crappie Custom Rod Holder Home best thing about them is 4 thumb screws and the whole thing lifts right out, poles and all. Thumbs Up

    Here is the one I have made for some people. You can slit the foam on the tip end at your desired locations. They use the same type base plate as the rod holders and you can swivel them if needed to line up straight with the boat. There is also some vertical adjustment, just not of the individual supports. They actually have rubber caps that go over the 3/4" bar rod stops and 1" plastic end caps in the tube. I did not have any when the photos were taken.

    driftmaster tip savers is what I use. I decided to get a second set so I could have some support for the middle of my trolling rods.

    Those are Okuma Magda Pro MA20DX line counters. I started out with the 15DX, but found I liked the 20's better.
