    Default Batteries

IMHO i think the charger is more important! A few years ago they came out with the on board chargers. I put on in my boat. When I come in from fishing is plug it in. My battery is always charged. I don't ever have to worry about charging the battery so I can go fishing. I cannot remember the last trolling battery that I bought. I don't even know what kind it is. Now, if I fish all day and the next day I want to go I put my other charger on it. But the on board charger keeps the battery charged all the time. I have a party barge and I have one on the cranking battery on it. I have the barge in storage for the winter but my battery is on charge. In the spring when I put it in the water my battery will be charged. I feel that this prolongs the battery life. Just my 2 cents!!!!! Don
