Eagle Claw makes something similar to the Berkley Nibbles too. I've used them and they do come off the hook easily. Stick with the Berkley brand.
I am a big fan of the crappie nibbles, my favorite are the chartruse with the glitter in them. Everytime me and my partner are done at the end of the day we look like we have been to the strip club instead of the lake!

Life has many choices, eternity has two...choose wisely.
Unapplied biblical truth is like unapplied paint...how many gallons do you have sittin' around? U.D.
Don't waste money on bait pump. Just use plastic syringe. Works great. Not sure where to get it. Found in my junk drawer. probably from kids medicine.
Just remember guys, if you get the sparkle nibbles, (silver, and green) your wife and friends, may accuse you of not really being out on the lake, but being at the nudie bar (aka: the Al Bundy!).
Tonight for example: my wifes best friend says, "your wife is not wearing sparkle green... where you been buddy?"
I think I'll just go back to chartreuse, pink, and white from now on...
I seem to catch mainly bluegills over crappie when using these.....they work great for the bluegills, I just don't get many crappie with them....dunno

I'm a fan of the nibbles. I do let mine dry out for more durability, but it can be cool to see if you missed a strike by if the nibble is missing.
I hook the nibble and slide it to the middle of the bend on my jig hooks.
After reading this I did a test , fished stakebeds with jigs and everytime bite was done I added a nibble to my jig. The end result was not good, no more fish hit. I figured if the nibbler made a difference I might catch a few more after several stakebeds I concluded they did not work that day for me. If they help with your confidence great. I fished with a couple guys last spring casting jigs under floats. The guy using nibbles caught the least , only conclusion was fishing was good and he was wasting time adding nibbles. Not saying they don't work at all. But when fish are on big time it seems like it slows ya down adding anything to a jig . Whether it is live bait scent, or nibbles.

love the nibbles! any time you can add sent to the offering the better. i just smear one on the inside of the lid and then smear a lil behind the head of the jig. it dont take much and it stays in the crevice pretty well.
