So its sort of like the horizontal adjustment on the TV. But the ff doesn't have an adjustment, so how would one fix this? Is it a problem with the unit? To me it would seem like the unit is defective. It shouldn't show that.

I get that same line but just dont worry about it. I know it's not the thermacline and if I reduce the sensitivity then I loose some of what I'm seeing. So I just ignore it.
