Bait Pump works great. Stick the tube on the pump & regrip the pump so your forefinger is holding the tail of the tube & twist away.

Hypodermic syringe works great for me and can be had at your local drug store. I just got three of them that had medicine in them for my dog.

I have not tried them yet, but I bought a whole box of Oral Syringes and use them for dealing with glue and thinners and such. I have been planning on trying them and think they would work too. I think at worst is find something hard that will just fit into that tube ahead of the plunger, but that may not be needed.

They are well made but the tip is very fragile!
Look over some old ball point pens and you can find a tip section that will fit over the broken tip. Super glue it on and it will work fine.
