I had a problem with a new E-Tech but after one call to Customer Service at Evinrude (BPS).......the problem was resolved immediately.

I think that we should all call this dealer and tell them that we have been told how badly that they treat their customers. Flood them with a hunderd or so calls.
Politicians should be required to wear their corporate sponsors uniform like NASCAR !

I was a boat dealer as well as a fisherman in the late 70s. I tried to treat everyone like I would like to be treated. However, Cartier was elected and interest rates went to over 20 %. Forced me out of business and I missed it for years. However, I have bought 3 new boats since then and all were great experiences. It is so unfortunately that you were treated this way. I would complain everywhere I could about this dealership. It is all about attitude and personality and it sounds like he had very little of either. Hang in there. Life will not be this unpleasant after this ordeal is over. Good luck and let us know how it turns out. Take care.

Call the owner at WAR EAGLE. His name is John. If you will PM me I will give you his cell number. I was looking at buying a new Predator 861 before I bought my Ranger Angler. I talked directly to Mr. John Ward and he is a great guy. I do not believe he would want a distributor with this type attitude and bad service. Good Luck.

same thing here....i have 3 brand new boats with two of them being trackers(or tracker brands tahoe and a grizzly)i had a bad dealing on the tahoe and contacted merc, BPS and tracker....i ended up getting $3,500 cash back and a custom cover, ski ropes and ect free...if you contact the right people the feet will start beating and it will get nipped in the butt...it really doesnt matter the brand...its the dealers and not the manf...we have a war eagle dealer here that will do back flips to make you happy and others are closing their doors...it all come back to how people are treated...i wish you two the best of luck and hope you have many happy years with the boat

War Eagle needs a rep on here badly. They're taking a beating at the expense of a bad dealership.

I had problem's with some of my welds on my 2003 2060cc. It was several years out of warranty and they did not have any reason to repair the problem's. I made one phone call and they fixed everything plus some. I was really impressed with the way they handled the problem.
