    I love my TURKEY fryer it cannot be beat when it comes to fish frys.....

    cajun fryer is by far the best, doesn't heat from the bottom, you can use the same oil for 5 times as long as with the old cast iron ones.

    Is this the result you are looking for? Man these were good? Just a fry daddy and they work well, and I used the same one for years until someone took off with it.

    That plate looks good but the pieces are to small, looks more like bluegill, but that ain't bad as I love bluegill.

    Masterbuilt Electric Fish Fryer

    I think this is what your looking for. Cajun fryers are great for cooking for a bunch folks. This is great for a couple folks.

    waterboy1 those are bluegill and they are much better than crappie to me

    My wife would agree with you it's just that I have a hard time catching any big enough to fillet.
