you cant catch them sitting at home Vonna lol. find a cove out of the wind and fish,thats what we do.

Got a 3 day weekend here and had every intention of fishing. Forecast is now rain/snow showers tomorrow and wind anywhere from 16 to 30 mph all weekend and Monday.Of course, I've had half a dozen folks tell me this week that they're really catching em at Ky Lake. I feel yer pain ... the wind always blows harder wherever I want to fish. And even when I change sides of the lake, to get out of the wind ... it still finds me.Can't tell you how many times the forecast was for "light & variable winds", and I get blown around like a bobber in a gale. I've even threatened to call the Weather Bureau and demand they define the term "variable" !! ........luck2ya ......cp
