Quote the Cane Pole"I gotta go put a long rope on my dock and and secure it to the bank. Don't want the coast guard thinking I am Tom Sawyer on a raft.
At 370 feet, the dock can float off the spud poles..
What a genuine pain in the butt." Un quote-lets hope & pray the water don't get to 370 feet. Cane you need to hire some young bucks to swim out to that dock & tie it up for you-bet there is some real current moving there.....Good Luck Cane..................

Life has many choices, eternity has two...choose wisely.
Unapplied biblical truth is like unapplied paint...how many gallons do you have sittin' around? U.D.
Hey good buddy don't do any thing foolish the dock can be replaced but there's only one Cane pole . your in my prayers.
why dont you send some of that water our way hasen't rained in three weeks. the grass is dying and so are the gardens. in the bright side the lake is real clear though:D hope everyone stays safe out there, and dont let that float away
When in doubt, set the hook.
Chris
I am a victim of rumors of mass destruction. Rumors have been flying over the river stages and how high the water will rise.
Unlike capitol hill, I always have a contingency plan. Rope-a-dope. I tied the dock to the bank (as always). I been here before.
Pain in the butt to get floating dock back on the spud posts. Been there.
