I think it was Krappiekrazy who sent me pictures of his set up. You need to ask him for some pics. Darn nice setup.

Thanks guys. I appreciate all the pics. Gives me a lot of ideas. I really like the 7" PVC rod holders. I may be able to combine the ideas and do a 2X4 to mount in my bow seat plate and fashion some PVC rodholders and run six or so rods off the front.

I think Bob The Builder needs to do an episode on rigging a Jon boat. Can we rig it? Yes we can!
    John 21:3
Simon Peter said to them, "I am going fishing." They said to him, "We are going with you also." They went out and immediately got into the boat, and that night they caught nothing.

And we act like this Nightstalking thing is new.

For some excitment, read the next verse. A special guest arrived, they filled their coolers and had a fish fry on the beach...in the morning. My kind of people.- Bowfin

Default 1 1/2" pvc and channel metal

I saw some made with channel alum and pvc pipe. Cut a section of each making sure that size wise the pvc pipe will fit inside the channel metal and attach one end together. and attach to somekind of mount on your boat. When you get a bite pull up on the rod and slide it out of the pvc pipe. The holder pivots on the attached end when you pull up on the rod. You can attach a bolt to the bottom of the front end to adjust the angle of the rod. I hope this is clear for you. Use whatever size you rod handle will fit into.
