There are VERY few people I believe when they say they caught a 4lb crappie and have no proof. Even 3 really. When someone says they just tossed it back I assume they didn't even weight it and are just guessing/lying.
3 crappie mounted together, with 2- 3 1/2 pounders, and 1- 3 3/4 pounder. I caught these at Grenada Lake, Ms.
They are currently on the wall at Bo's Bait Shop at Reelfoot Lake, Tn.

Good things come to those who bait.
Well! You have the right to beleive what you wish! You were not there, I was! It was weighed and measured! I just have no desire to keep what I catch. I dont even like to eat fish of any kind for that matter.
What kind of person are you anyway to get on here and simply call someone a liar over the lack of visual proof?
No matter! I caught it, I can catch more just like it, and if you are ever fortunate to do the same, well I say good for you and I hope it was fun for you!
2lb 8 ounces. Off a log in while wading.
16 inches is the biggest I've caught. Didn't have a scale so I'm not sure of the weight. From what I've read he should have been somewhere in the 2 lb range. It was huge.
2.5lb and 16.5" for me. My friend caught a 17+" and 3.2lb with me last week. Those 4lbers are freaky. Man....
281 lbs 5' 4" long. But it's really not that big of a deal. Fat girls can't run that fast no how.
Wait, what was the question again?
Wannabe...
Wannabe...v2.0
A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.
Didn't measure or weigh but measured cooler after and it is 15-1/2.
19" Didn't weigh it. It was my first crappie and it was caught out of a farm pond. I threw a knife to it and ate it a couple nights later.
Oh well. Live and learn.
