What has that got to do with it I'm always packing as you say, and you can fish around me all you want as long as you don't want my spot. :D

Sounds like we need to tag team a brush top somewhere. You could keep the intruders away while I got a little fishing done:D

The more the merrier as long as there is respect for each other. You know when someone's being friendly and when they're not! Heck I love meeting fellow fishermen. I once had a bass tournament boat ask me to move???? and I told him it was a public lake move around, then he hit my boat with a lure and p'd me off! Needless to say my boat oar made a gentleman outta him when I whacked his pretty little fiberglass finish!

If you are fishing around me you must be looking for conversation and not fish. I like to talk, so come on in..lol..

Depends on the situation. If it's a big spot and him fishing it doesn't effect your catch then fine. If it's a small spot and he crowds you or if it's a big spot and he drop right in where your fishing, it is definitively not ok.

First, what Crappieday suggested is offensive. The rule on the water is be civilized, and treat the other guy how you want to be treated. If an angler being a jerk he deserve an ear full, but taking action against someone because of a fishing spot is childish and dangerous.

Personally, in that situation I will start by saying something with and even temper and give him a chance to back off. If he ignores me or responds like a jerk, I'll ruin his day as long as he is in earshot. I'm a good talker, and I have a very even temper, so that may not be in the cards for everyone. If you don't have the gray matter say the right things, then back off. It's a fishing spot, not your living room.
Good things come to those who bait.

When people coming like that most of the time they don't have a clue so there looking to see what others are doing. Come on in I will tell what I know someone had to teach me the ways. Know if-in you get nasty well I will make a point to ruin your day.
Life is to short , the nexted guy or gal you meet on the water might be your new nexted fishing buddy
