Mr. Twister saltwater piranha fillet knife. The finer teeth on the blades makes a big difference. I have the regular knife with replacement piranha blades and it is the best I have used. The Twister does a good enough job that I gave my American Angler knife away.

American angler for me. I've been using the same one for around 13 seasons now. I took it apart a few years ago and put fresh grease in it and it's still going strong. I've cleaned an awful lot of fish with this knife over the years. Probably on my 4th set of blades now. I bought the new saltwater model last year, to clean those monster walleye we catch at Lake Erie.

I had an american angler for years and was great. The wall mart would close out the blade sets for 2.00 at the end of every year. I didn't buy another american angler because a friend talked me into getting a rapala. It too is a great knife has a much better feel, fits your hand better not as bulky. The only problem it gets real hot when you fillet a lot of fish, real hot! I would like to fine a good deal on another american angler to get as a back up, seems the price has gone up on them in the last few years.
