I cut and loaded 50 stalks of bamboo that I scored out of my friends yard. I also used some scrap lumber off my last trim job. Have a look at my next boat launch.

The bamboo is wrapped for transit purposes. I loosened the base and spread them in wet concrete. They will probably stay tight to one another even after I untie the shipping twine. Maybe once in the water awhile, they will self spread a bit. My first attempt to do this. Just adjusting Jerry and Darryls method a tad to fit my needs. Once the concrete has setup, I should be able to load all of it in the boat, launch, and go sink some stuff. That's if I don't sink the boat first. If that's the case, it will make one heck of a crappie area.
