Monk, I bought a 10' Pinnacle last year but have not used it as yet. The rod says "Graphite Technology VERTEX IM7" do the rods you have say the same thing? Thanks, Pop

The Silstar Crappie Limit Series is Not the same as the Vertex. The Vertex is all Graphite while the Limit Series is a Graphite composite; in other words it has some Fiberglass in it.

    Hey Monk,
I appreciate the help with all the spiderrigging stufff,The silstar rods feel and look pretty darn good to a rookie like me.I got the reels mounted, lined and rigged the way you said in the seminar and I cant wait to try the jig colors you recomended.I'm even thinking I might actually catch one of these things. THANKS!
