That's why God allowed 22 shells to be invented. They won't go away just because you wish them bad karma.
I'll tell you one thing; if you try to live trap them, YOU will wind up with the worst end of the deal. (No pun intended. )

Skunks are scavengers. You got something they like (maybe grub worms). Take away the food source and they will leave. You can get critter spray at the CO-OP. Don't use it if you have outside pets. Critter spray is not poisonous. I use it under the house at the lake. Works on possums, skunks, and raccoons, etc.

I had ahalf dozen or so living under the house once in Fla years ago. They had a way of getting into the bathroom wall. Everytime you'd flush the toilet they would spray and the whole house would stink somethin awful. My room mate got him a dog, a German Shepard and that dog killed every one of em within a couple of weeks. The dog never got sprayed once.

I had several living under my old hunting house before deer season a couple of years ago....I threw a bunch of moth balls under the house. When I came back a couple of weeks later they were gone. Not sure, if the moth balls did it, or they just moved on.
