    Default anyone fish old river or false river lately?


    Looks like the changing weather is turning the sacs on. I see alot of ppl reporting from up north, some down here. I have fished old river in the past but never false river. Anyone been to old river or false river lately? Any reports? Shop called, said my boat will be ready friday, I'm itching to go. :D

    Report on Old River is that the Muddy Mississippi went into it big time last week and probably won't get back out of it until sometime in late February.

    Thanks for the headsup 1perchjerker, wasn't really thinking about that, last time I was at old river water was really low. I really don't know the deep areas of false river, I don't have a depth finder. Well, looks like I'm going back to the marsh tmw.
