I grew up fishing that marsh. Plenty of fish but you just got to know where to go. So many changes in the Tide flow since the closing of the MRGO. The Biloxi marsh was so fresh for the last several years the Bass was all over. It's Salty now. This time of year I'm around Christmas Camp Lakes and Morgan Harbor for Trout and Bull Reds (Courtbouillon). I don't think the water has cooled enough to Stump Lagoon and the pipeline canals past Muscle Bay to have keeper Trout.

I actually prefer those sand trout over specks, they don't have worms like almost all of the trout do! Nice catch Tal!
