Has anyone that use livescope had this problem?
Unit works fine for about the first hour, then when I turn the transducer right or left the picture on the screen goes haywire, either 90 deg. vertical or about 45 deg sideways. It's happened the last three times I've been. You can get it to kinda act right by wiggling the pole, I have my transducer on a separate pole. Any thoughts would help, I did recalibrate the compass. Didn't help. I can turn Livescope off and back on and it works correctly for a few minutes.

What is your voltage?
Also check all connections, maybe unplug and plug back in.
Maybe check AHRS. Watch this Garmin Livescope: What Is AHRS & What Is Its Purpose - YouTube

AHRS. Try disabling it and enabling again. But you may have to dial it in manually

Tried the suggested fixes yesterday. The unit worked great for about 2 hours. Then went back to what it has been doing. It only waffles when I move the transducer. I can quickly move transducer back and forth and level the picture out but when I move it again it starts rocking. Guess I need to talk to Garmin

Check all of your connections. Maybe carefully remove and reconnect each one, make sure not to misalign or bend any pins. Also make sure the transducer is not wobbling ie the knob or bracket is loose
How hot is the unit, I have a bird that the side imaging acts like that in high heat and direct sun It will finally reboot and act right for another hour or so
