I won't be coming to the D'Arbonne gathering
Last Sunday (30th) I fell backwards and landed on the hard floor. I waited until Wednesday to go to the emergency room. They ran a CT scan and I have a compression fracture in my L1? where the backbone meets the the tailbone vertebra. I looked at Wikipedia and now I'm really confused. Anyway, I hope you all have a great time and eat some fish for me. No pictures included.

Feel better. I have Four compression fractures in my thoracic spine and we are baffled how it happened. I feel your pain literally. Blessings and prayers for complete healing
